Cruise Ship Forum Selection Clauses – Redux

I recently posted about Forum Selection Clauses in cruise ship tickets. If you get hurt on a cruise ship through their negligence you will find out about these clauses. They dictate that you must give quick written notice of the claim to the cruise line and then says any claim or lawsuit must be filed in a specific place, like Miami, Florida. I only mentioned Miami but attorney Charles Moure remined me that some cruise lines use Seattle (Holland America) and others use Los Angeles.
