Car Race Ends In Fatal Accident

A car accident on the Pali highway closed Kailua-bound lanes for almost eight hours yesterday. Terrence Lee was driving his 2004 Nissan 250z at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car, skidded into an embankment and tumbled into a 40-foot ravine. A car accident on the Pali highway closed Kailua-bound lanes for almost eight hours yesterday.  Terrence Lee was driving his 2004 Nissan 250z at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car, skidded into an embankment and tumbled into a 40-foot ravine.  Traffic was stopped from around 2:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and police say there is evidence alcohol was involved.  Witnesses claim Lee was racing a dark-colored car at the time of the accident.
